No man is an island, and no attorney should ever feel they are heading into a trial alone. Browning ADR provides trial consulting services such as neutral case evaluation and witness preparation. In this role, we will openly and honestly give our opinion about the facts of your case, and the impression of your witnesses. Have you ever wondered how your client would come off testifying, but only had your office assistant as the evaluator? Or attorneys who can only see your side of the argument? Have you ever needed your witness cross-examined prior to trial or you don’t have the time to go through a large group of different witnesses to explain the process of testifying with confidence? What if this service could be outsourced allowing your office more time to focus on actual trial preparation?
Browning ADR has prepared hundreds of witnesses on how to give effective testimony, this list includes employees, supervisors, parents, medical experts, and police officers. We understand how to prepare a witness to convey their story truthfully and effectively. Our services are available via Zoom or in-person. Our role is not as an attorney but considered as a trial consultant. Browning ADR will put your witnesses at ease about taking the stand, and give them the confidence they need to tell their story.
Often attorneys think they cannot hire a trial consultant as it may be too expensive, but imagine your witness having thirty minutes to an hour with an expert on the mechanics of testifying prior to your preparation.
